Lose weight by riding in place with energetic music and supplementary movements that work your entire body. Indoor Cycling (Spinning) is a group fitness class influenced by cadence (or pedal rate), resistance of the bike’s flywheel, and by the rider’s body position (seated or standing while pedaling). Riders determine their own levels of exertion while our instructors motivate them throughout the class.
During each Slay and Squat class, participants will engage in a full-body workout through choreography that will transform and tone their body. You will have so much fun moving to the music that you won’t even notice you are working out.
End your day with the candlelight yin yoga class. A gentle stretch + yin yoga class consisting of postures on the floor that are held for an extended period of time. Yin Yoga helps improve flexibility and uses longer holds to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue peeling away layers of stress, injury, and tension that reside within.
