Certified Group Fitness/Cycle Instructor

Ashley Leventhal is a certified Group Fitness/ Cycle Instructor. Along with working a full-time day job, Ashley makes fitness a part of her daily routine and a central component of her life. She has been teaching for a little over six years now and continues to push herself to new heights. Ashley’s passion for Indoor Cycling and fitness has brought her to the point of dedicating her time to strengthening others. Her love for it radiates with every class. Each class is full of energy and she is determined to make e very class an exhilarating experience.

Marquis Jones

Certified Group Fitness/Personal Trainer/Cycle Instructor

Marquis Jones is a certified Group Fitness/ Personal Trainer/Cycle Instructor. Along with working a full-time job he manages to make fitness a central component of his routine. Marquis’ passion for fitness started as a child with his love for sports. He has been an athlete since the age of six. Dedicated to working out and staying fit his goal is to empower each client with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life.

Julie Garcia

Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor/ FLEX-Silver Sneakers 

Julie Garcia is a certified Indoor Cycling Instructor who is going to make you sweat!! She is bringing her experience to class as a rider, and now as an instructor. The love she has gained for the class in seeing the results, she now wants to share with others and motivate them so they can reach their fitness goals and live a healthier life.

Vivianna Rivera

Certified Group Fitness/Cycle Instructor

Vivianna Rivera is a certified Group Fitness/ Cycle instructor. Along with working a full-time job and attending school, Vivianna makes exercise and good nutrition a big priority in her everyday life. From personal training to leading boot camps and group fitness classes, she has been heavily involved in the fitness world for about four years now. Her passion for helping others and her dedication to healthy living inspires her to motivate others and to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. Vivianna strives to motivate you and make you sweat as you burn calories and become stronger with every class she teaches!

Zaida Valverde

Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor

Zaida has been part of CycleZone Miami since May of 2014, where she began her fitness lifestyle by eating clean and spinning 4-5 times a week. As a full-time therapist for children and adolescents at a local agency in Miami, Zaida understands the importance and impact that fitness can make not only on an individual physically but mentally. Because of her love for Spinning and helping others, Zaida recently became a certified spinning instructor and is taking all that she has learned and gained from it throughout the years to change lives.

Libby Gonzalez

Founder of Stretch work Yoga

Yoga Instructor

Libby discovered yoga during a time when she was realizing a deeper purpose in her life.  Having experienced both loss and gain, she knew how important it was to create balance thereby invoking her personal growth.  As a yoga student, she learned how to connect her practice to her lifestyle.  As an instructor, she has learned how to teach her students to do the same.  She aspires to assist her students in surpassing self-imposed limits in every capacity of their lives (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual).

Any and every one who comes in contact with Libby’s vibrant energy immediately wants more; more laughs, more motivation, and well, more Stretch Work Yoga.

Maria Roman

Founder of Slay and Squat

Dance Fitness Instructor

Touched by the artistic talent, strength and courage of creator Maria Roman, Slay and Squat was assembled, trained and developed into an innovative dance company with a unique repertoire; a fusion of hardcore lower body exercises and fun dance movements, with music that will not let you stand still, with the intent to unchain confidence and promote self-love. In Slay and Squat, the artistic language is accessible but nevertheless, challenging to current conceptions of women’s role in society.
